Helen Bocek 90 formerly of Greta Street West Haven passed away peacefully at Milford Hospital on Monday November 30, 2009. Helen was born in New Haven October 2, 1919 daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Cwiakala Bocek. She had worked as a supervisor in food service for the V.A. Medical Center in West Haven for several years until her retirement. She is survived by her nephew Stanley Bocek and his wife Denise of Orange and her niece Patricia Bocek of West Haven. She is also survived by 1 great niece and 1 great nephew. Helen was predeceased by her brothers John, Frank and Stanley Bocek.

Her funeral will leave the LUPINSKI FUNERAL HOME 821 State Street FRIDAY morning at
9:30 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Stanislaus Church at 10 a.m. Burial will
be in St. Lawrence Cemetery. Visiting will be on FRIDAY morning from 8:30 until 9:30 prior
to services. Contribution in her memory may be made to St. Stanislaus Church 9 Eld Street
