Mieczyslaw Kostrzewa 73 of 37 Pearl Street passed away peacefully on Sunday October 11, 2009 at CT Hospice in Branford. He is the husband of Helena Malczyk Kostrzewa.
Mieczyslaw was born in Poland August 7, 1936 a son of the late Piotr and Marianna Jendzejewski Kostrzewa. He was a machine operator for Sargent Co. for many years until his retirement. Besides his wife he leaves a son Janusz Kostrzewa of Branford and a daughter Aniceta Danville of Milford. He is the grandfather of Kevin, Logan and Austin Danville. Brother of Eugenusz Kostrzewa, Jozefa Winecka, Anna Forbota, Marilla Kostrzewa and Krystyna Chmiel all in Poland.

His funeral will leave the LUPINSKI FUNERAL HOME 821 State Street WEDNESDAY
morning at 9:15 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Stanislaus Church at 10 a.m.
Burial will be in All Saints Cemetery. Visiting hours will be on TUESDAY from 5 until 8 p.m.
