Edward Zawacki Sr. 85 of 555 Pool Road, North Haven passed away peacefully at Brook Hollow Health Care on Tuesday April 28, 2009. He is the husband of Anna Redenti Zawacki. Edward was born in New Haven May 8, 1923, a son of the late John and Feliksa Zawacki. He was employed by the State of CT Maintenance Department for 10.5 years until his retirement. Prior to the State of CT he had worked at National Folding Box for 33 years. Besides his wife he leaves his son Edward Zawacki Jr. and his wife Loma of Long Island, NY and a grandson Eric Zawacki. He

His funeral will leave the LUPINSKI FUNERAL HOME 821 State Street FRIDAY morning at 9:15 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Stanislaus Church at 10 a.m. Burial in all Saints Cemetery.
